Non-leading clean questions

We use non-leading clean questions to fully understand behaviour and increase the authenticity and rigour of qualitative research by eliciting naturally occurring metaphors and insight without influencing people's repsonses. Designed to bypass the rational thought process, our techniques work with the rational and irrational, conscious and subconscious beliefs and emotions that influence behaviour and decision making.

Why we behave the way we do?

We use similar techniques in our co-creation groups to test and refine ideas, working with our target audiences and partners to create behavioural solutions, interventions and recommendations that work. 

In summary, our tried and tested insights go beyond what behaviours individuals engage in, and how they engage in them, to continually explore why we behave the way we do
