    To develop a group of front-line staff to become champions for systems thinking within the organisation. CWP also wanted to use this training as an opportunity to redesign how customers accessed the services provided by CWP.

  • How

    ICE ran a 14 week training programme with 10 members of staff from CWP. Using ICE's 7Es model, staff were taken through each stage of a transformation project.

  • Outcomes

    CWP now has a cohort of successfully trained champions, and has been using the skills they gained to review other services. CWP also proved a concept of a single point of referral/access for all CWP services. This proven concept reduced duplication of effort, repeat referrals for the same person, and reduced clinician time spent on admin processes.
