Our multi-faceted approach included an innovative mobile app, pay per click advertisements on Facebook, a supportive video disseminated via YouTube, public relations, a series of face-to-face engagement events, radio advertising and outdoor media, a touchscreen booth that enabled residents to test their knowledge and voice activated pressure pads to inform them about different services.
Over 4,00 people engaged at events, with 78% engaged in the interactive learning tools. A decrease in the number of patients demanding urgent care from accident and emergency services.
