ICE is one of just 9 agencies to be named on the Central Office of Information’s new PR roster for the North West.
The roster covers a range of regional PR requirements for various government departments, and means that ICE will now be able to compete for government and public sector work without having to go through a lengthy procurement process for each contract.
The COI undertook a rigorous and highly competitive five month, several stage review process which examined the range of expertise required, and agencies were judged on experience, creativity, financial and quality controls. Throughout the process, ICE demonstrated the breadth of its PR expertise, including: strategic campaigns, stakeholder engagement, media relations, press briefings, copywriting and market research.
Stuart Jackson, CEO of ICE, said, “We specialise in campaigns and interventions that make a real difference to people’s lives - helping to educate, inform and support a move or change in behaviour - and this is a golden opportunity to bring in some exciting new clients and work on some great new projects.”
Anna Beaumont, ICE’s PR Manager, added “The COI is the Government’s centre of excellence for marketing and communications, and this endorsement recognises us as one of the North West’s leading agencies within this sector, with the experience and expertise to deliver effective, value for money PR campaigns on the ground.”
