Software Essentials:

  • Microsoft Office Suite; Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Essential existing skills/experience:

A proven track record of Leadership and Culture with extensive experience in the design and delivery of Organisational Development programmes, as well as experience of one-to one coaching at all levels within organisations.

A recognised coaching qualification, driving license and own transport, skilful facilitation experience, a desire to develop people-focused support and programmes and the desire to continuously develop new clients and approaches.

Preferred skills

  • NHS or health sector experience.
